
Return Policy
You can return most items sold by Direct Shopping Network,
DSNtv.com within 20 days from the ship date. The following states Direct
Shopping Network’s “Returns Policy” the abbreviation “DSN” is commonly
substituted for “Direct Shopping Network”.
To qualify, you the customer must initiate the return within 30 days from the
ship date. This is accomplished by completing and sending the “Return
Merchandise Agreement Form” RMA Form whose link is on the front page of the
DSNtv.com website, with a URL of http://www.dsntv.com/page/DSN/rmaform . You
will be required to provide your name, address, e-mail, customer or invoice
number, and the tracking number of the carrier you elect to use to return the
item. You as the customer must ensure that the item is in its original condition
(including: packaging, certificates, appraisals, manuals, warranties,
accessories, security seals). For all loose diamonds that are sold with a
certificate and or appraisal the security seal must not be broken, if so the
diamond may not be returnable and is subject to inspection by Direct Shopping
Network. If a diamond is returned with a broken security seal, Direct Shopping
Network at their sole discretion will decide if the diamond may be returned.
Direct Shopping Network must receive your item within 30 days of when DSN
originally shipped the item to you. Our returns department typically takes ten business to recieve, insepect and start the credit process of your return, however it may take up to (30) days for for a credit to be issued to your credit card.
For your protection, all returns must be sent back by a traceable carrier and
that tracking number provided to DSN in our “RMA Form”. The customer must pay
all return shipping costs. Once Direct Shopping Network has received and
inspected the returned merchandise, DSN will reimburse your credit card for the
purchase price of the item, less the original shipping insurance, shipping and
handling fees and less a restocking fee of five percent (5%) For refunds on
purchases made with a credit card, DSN will only issue a credit to the same
credit card used to make the purchase. If you elect to exchange the item for one
of equal or greater value or apply your refund to your Direct Shopping Network
account to be used as a store credit, the five percent (5%) restocking fee will
be waived..
DSN cannot accept the return of certain items, including:
Certified diamonds that have been personally engraved and or set in jewelry.
Returning a Gift
Items purchased from DSNtv.com, which you receive as a gift, can be returned for
DSNtv store credit, which can be used to purchase items online or from our TV
broadcast. To process your gift return or exchange, you must use the RMA Form
http://www.dsntv.com/page/DSN/rmaform. A Customer Service Representative will
set up an account and apply your credit. Requirements for returning gift items
are the same as our current customers, however you may not have the required
customer and invoice numbers or their e-mail address. Please provide as much
information as you have, like the person’s name and city and state that he or
she lives and we will try to assist you.
Credits for Returns
Once DSN has received the returned item and has inspected it, DSN processes your
credit. You will receive an e-mail confirming your account has been credited or
your credit card has been refunded. DSN ask that you allow us up to 30 days to
process your request. Our returns department typically credits returns to your
account within ten business days after DSN receives the return. Your
reimbursement will be based on your original payment method; therefore only the
original credit card may be refunded.
If you paid by credit card, your credit will be issued to your card on the day
your return is processed (although it may take a complete billing cycle for the
credit to appear on your monthly statement.).
If you paid by check, a check will be issued to you the day your return process
is completed and will be mailed through the United States Post Office with
delivery confirmation attached.
If you elect to receive merchandise credit for a return, you will see your
credit in your account with 3 business days following the return process. You
will also receive an e-mail confirming your credit.
All-sales-final items
These items have been drastically reduced. In order to provide you with these
savings, DSN cannot accept returns. When you see the "all sales final" message
on the product description page, please know that you will not be able to return
the item unless it arrived damaged or defective.
