The following states Direct
Shopping Network’s “Returns Policy” the abbreviation “DSN” is commonly
substituted for “Direct Shopping Network”. Direct Shopping Network Customers can
return most items sold by Direct Shopping Network within 30 days from the day
your item(s) is delivered for one of the following “House Credit” on your DSN
Account, refund to the Customer’s credit card used for the purchase, exchange or
repair. Once Direct Shopping Network has received and inspected the returned
item, DSN will credit your DSN Account within 3 business days, this credit can
be used to purchase items sold on DSN.
How do I return an Item for REPAIR, EXCHANGE,
REFUND or DSN HOUSE CREDIT?

Please indicate how you would
like us to handle the enclosed item.
Please let us know why you are
returning this item, in the event that there is a defect in workmanship let us
know in the space provided below, so that we can repair or replace the item.
Please let us know if there is
an issue with the gemstone that we may have mistakenly overlooked and we will
try to exchange it for you. In the rare event that you are returning this item
because you do not like it… Please let us know why.
Please make a copy of this
invoice for your records
and keep the tracking number of
the carrier you elect to use to return the item. You (our Customer) must ensure
that the item is in its original condition (including: the invoice, packaging,
certificates, appraisals, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals).
Direct Shopping Network must receive your item within 30 days of when you
received your item. Your return is typically inspected and processed within five
(5) business days from the time DSN receives your return, however refunds to
credit cards may take up to thirty (30) business days.
For your protection, all returns
must be sent back by a traceable carrier and that tracking number for your
records. The customer must pay all return shipping and insurance costs.
Refunds for Credit:
Once Direct Shopping Network has
received and inspected the returned merchandise, DSN will reimburse your credit
card for the purchase price of the item, less the original insurance, Shipping
and Handling Fees and less a Restocking Fee of fifteen percent (15%).
Refunds for DSN House Credit
will not be charged
the (15%) fifteen percent Restocking Fee.
DSN cannot accept the return of
certain items, including:
1. Gemstones and Diamonds that
have been set, scratched, cracked or in any way changed from its original form.
2. Jewelry that has been resized
or modified by others than DSN.
3. "Final Sale" or “Final
Auction” items
Cancellations
Orders cancelled by the Customer
prior to the item shipping will be charged a (15%) fifteen percent Cancellation
Fee.
All Sales Final Items
When you see the "Final Sale" or
“Final Auction” message on the Item during the broadcast, please know that you
will not be able to return the item unless it arrived defective. These items may
have been drastically reduced. In order to provide you with these savings, DSN
cannot accept these items for return.
