| I have to admit you two guys bust me up at

things I like! |

Rob Ekno
has been involved in the television shopping business since 1996, beginning as a
part-time host and working his way up to Executive Producer. Rob has sold
everything from watches, collector coins, jewelry, exotic gemstones, sports
collectibles, memorabilia and collectible knives. He has developed a dedicated
and loyal following of viewers who continue to call in on a regular basis.
Rob began his broadcasting career in high school by raising money to start an FM
radio station, which still serves as a valuable educational outlet today. As
President of his graduating class in college, Rob also worked as a on-air
personality at three radio stations in Massachusetts, as well as a sports
reporter for the local nightly newscast in Worcester, MA.Returning
to his native Rhode Island, Rob became the top-rated nighttime air personality.
He then moved on to become an Associated Press award winning news reporter for a
top FM station in Providence. Moving up the ladder, Rob next took over the
reigns as Executive Producer of "The Sports Final", a nationally syndicated
sports show out of Boston.
Shifting gears, Rob's next venture was as Public Relations Director for the New
England Steamrollers, one of the original Arena Football League teams. He also
served as the Public Relations Director for the Worcester Counts of the former
World Basketball League.
Moving to Los Angeles in 1992, Rob has been involved with working in many
different positions in the entertainment business. One of his more prominent
roles was working on the NBC sitcom, "Newsradio" for four seasons. He has also
coordinated television shows and movies for Warner Brothers and Disney. Rob has
also been honored with awards for his sales and customer service.
Rob says, "This is a crazy business. When I started nine years ago, I had hair,
look at me now. Besides the great people that work in all areas of Direct
Shopping Network, one of the best benefits is the ability to continue to learn
from people who have been in the mining and jewelry business for most of their
lives. The knowledge that I have learned here is unbeatable anywhere and it is a
great benefit for our customers as well.
When Rob is not at Direct Shopping Network , you can find him at the ballgame,
Disneyland, the beach or eating a rack of ribs. "Life is to short, you have to
enjoy it to the fullest each day".
I would love to get to know you better as well. Please contact me with any
comments you have so that I can continue to help make Direct Shopping Network
your place to shop.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day!
