Lauren Blair joined the
Direct Shopping Network family as a show host in September of 2004, presenting
fine jewelry, natural gemstones, watches, artwork, and other interesting items
live on the air five nights a week. Lauren Blair ‘s expert knowledge and
professionalism, combined with her dazzling sense of style and sparkling
personality provide viewers with an unparalleled shopping experience.
Lauren Blair ’s passion for
jewelry, gemstones, and fashion began at an early age. As a child, she
accompanied her mother on frequent buying trips to the Los Angeles wholesale
jewelry mart, always inquisitive and anxious to learn. Through her adolescent
years, Lauren honed her skills by developing and designing accessories and
apparel. It turns out, Lauren’s melding of jewelry and style was magical. |

During her high school years,
Lauren Blair pursued her other passion, broadcasting. Lauren hosted daily news
network show, and was the mistress of ceremonies for numerous philanthropic
functions. While attending her dream school, the University of Southern
California, Lauren was the executive producer and host of a nightly, 30-minute
live talk show. She excelled while interviewing celebrities, authors,
politicians, and sports figures. Don’t let Lauren’s diva exterior fool you…this
girl knows her sports!
Lauren Blair was on the fast track to success working in sports broadcasting. At
the age of just 19, Lauren Blair was already working in the second largest
sports market in the country, Los Angeles. After working at the sports
department of the local news, Lauren moved up to Fox Sports Net West as a field
producer, sideline reporter, and post-game interviewer. Additionally, she
freelanced as a national correspondent for Fox Sports Radio. During her Fox
Sports years, Lauren covered all of the professional and collegiate sports teams
in L.A., including her beloved Trojans! Lauren graduated with honors from USC
with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in
Communications and the Entertainment Industry.
Lauren Blair, an Accredited Jewelry Professional through GIA, the Gemological
Institute of America, Lauren began her on-air retailing career in 2003 as a host
and producer. Her energy, devotion, and talent propelled her to Direct Shopping
Network. “I have ‘fallen in love’ with this business! I am so grateful for the
opportunity to spend time with our very special customers and remarkable, fellow
Direct Shopping Network employees. Direct Shopping network is truly a
one-of-a-kind shopping experience!”
You probably already know that Lauren LOVES to shop. How else could she satisfy
her obsession with shoes and handbags? But shopping aside, she loves to attend
sporting events and travel. Lauren’s favorite destination is Las Vegas where she
enjoys family time with her mother, brother, and golden retriever.
