Do we share this information with others?
Because you are buying products online we are required to transmit
your personally identifiable information with companies to perform activities
necessary to process and fulfill your orders, customer service requests,
returns and the like. However, these intermediaries are not authorized
to use your information for other purposes.
If you are both a DSNtv.com customer and a Direct Shopping Network
television customer, we share your personally identifiable information
to avoid sending you duplicate promotional materials, monitor for fraud
and for corporate record keeping purposes.

If I send a “Wish List” item to a friend, what info does
he get?
As an attribute of our “Wish List” feature, we provide
your Gift Registry url to friends or family that you ask us to send a
one-time email. Only information about those items you store in your
Gift Registry are visible to those who receive this email. No personally
identifiable information or credit information is sent besides your name,
e-mail and the items on your “Wish List”.

How do we use email?
We will send an email message to confirm each order you make, and other
email messages containing information specifically relating to your order
such as shipping information.
Occasionally we will e-mail announcements, which are not promotional
in nature. For example, we might send you an email message to let you
know about a change in our shipping policies.
When you first place an order and set up your customer profile, we
offer a selection of special interest categories for you to indicate
your interests and preferences. We will automatically send you information
on upcoming new products and special offers we think you’ll be
interested in based on the interests and preferences you indicate and
on your purchase history. You can return to your customer profile at
any time to modify your selections at Update Profile. Your customer profile
also provides you with the ability to opt out of promotional messages.

How can you verify and correct personal information?
You can check your personal information in your customer profile by
navigating to Update Profile on our site. If any of this information is
incorrect, you can make appropriate changes. However, you cannot delete
your customer account information entirely. If you have any question about
the accuracy of your personal information, you can contact us online using
the "Easy Form" on our
DSN Contact Page.

How do we protect our customers' information?
Direct Shopping Network is committed to online data security. Although
total security does not exist on the Internet, we take reasonable steps
to work towards assuring the secure storage of your information. We utilize
industry standard efforts, such as firewalls, Secure Socket Layers and
encryption software, to protect the transmission of information. We store
information relating to our customers on servers that are kept in a secure
environment. While we use Secure Socket Layer encryption to protect sensitive
